We always seem to loose our bacon grease when we try to save it (normally it either gets tipped over or water spilled in it.) But once we actually used some to fry up some potatoes, onions, and yams. It was wonderful! So Bacony delicious. One year when it got tipped over and landed on the ground, our friends dogs spent hours (intermittently) trying to lick it all up.
